Why blog about this?

If you knew me, you'd know how hilarious  it is that  I'm doing this Blog.

I hardly email, use my husbands facebook account and just recently got into texting.  I prefer paper lists and calenders to my ipods various organizational apps.  Why the sudden jump into modern technology?

I found something.

Something HUGE! That I felt propelled to share.  I can't stop talking about  it to whomever I'm with.  Although not everyone shares my excitement, I needed an outlet. A place where maybe like me-people were searching for answers, for help.

When you have the answers everyone else is looking for, or at least access to them, you have to do something; the universe compels you to do so.

So there's the why.  Now the What.

DoTerra Certified Pure Essential Oils.

Before you roll your eyes, its not a sales pitch.  I work 1 day a week in a fitness center's child care.  For 4 hours I work along side and run into ladies, mostly mother's who tell me about their lives; and what comes up over and over again?  Health, how we feel and most of us don't feel very well.  We suffer from over eating, lack of energy, allergies, constant colds, whole families with the flu, skin disorders, depression, stress, anxiety; and some are dealing with severe and life threatening illnesses.  That's just the moms.  The kids often suffer from the very same.

I had hit a point where the stress and anxiety in my life was starting to make me sick.  All in all I wasn't functioning very well and felt my family was suffering for it.  I was searching for answers.  One day I was working with Karen.  Interspersed in our conversations she mentioned Doterra's oils.  I am not new to oils, my mom used them growing up (we constantly teased her about being some kind of witch doctor).  When I was younger I wasn't super impressed with essential oil; frankly I thought they wreaked.  There was no way I was going to walking around smelling of musty oils.

As Karen talked about the oils I held onto my previous experiences.  Then, she appealed to my vanity.  She told me about Slim and Sassy.  This metabolic oil blend from Doterra that helped with weight loss and sugar levels (two things I felt I needed help with).  I had a problem; I was addicted to sugar (still working on that) hypoglycemic, and in need of losing a few vanity pounds that just wouldn't come off after my 4th child.  Slim and Sassy promised to help me with all of it.  So she brought a sample.  She put a drop or two into some water and for me it was instant love.  It smelled of peppermint and ginger.  It was strong but incredibly refreshing.  She let me take a bottle home and after 2 days of almost using all of hers,  I gave it back and bought a bottle.  The first thing I noticed was in the first day or two of using it I could tell a definite difference in my hypoglycemia.

I had to learn more.  Since this post is getting way to long...I hope I've peaked your interest to!

I've got to take my son to gymnastics!  Tell you more later!

In good health,

Liliya
