Any oil will help

As I was saying, the Slim and Sassy essential oil blend got me hooked.  In a matter of a few days I was experiencing fewer issues with my hypoglycemia and started losing those last few pounds.

I went to a few education meetings on Doterra's Certified Therapeutic Grade essential oils and gained more exposure to their oils.  The next one I fell in love with was their Citrus Bliss blend.  It truly was heaven.  It is an invigorating blend with wild orange, lemon, grapefruit, mandarin, bergamot, tangerine, and clementine with a hint of vanilla.  My friend showed it to me because I was looking for something to help me with my stress and anxiety.  Again she let me borrow a sample and I found my self putting it on my wrist, behind my ears and just breathing it in.  Meanwhile my kids were running around in the background making their usual ruckus and I felt like I was on my own little cloud.

During the busy hours of the day--racing from one thing to another--I carry this blend with me in my purse (mixed with peppermint which is great for tension headaches!)  and find myself reaching for it to calm my nerves.
On the way to Thanksgiving in Park City we saw over 30 cars off the road due to very hazardous road conditions.  My husband and I were both white knuckled.  I rubbed a little on our necks and the backs of our ears and felt the tension immediately ease.

At the education meetings we passed around Doterra's oils.  I found myself desperately wanting each one.  I wanted the healing properties unique to each oil and began thinking of the health issues in my own and my loved ones lives.  The teacher said something that stuck with me.  She said that if we don't have the exact oil we need just use what we have, since many of the oils have similar qualities and all are healing and balancing to the body.

The second oil I purchased was Lemon.  Doterra's Lemon is so crisp and refreshing.  It is also antiseptic, antiviral, and astringent!  Well my little girl got sick one day, really sick. Fever, severe headache and body aches; basically just laid out on the couch.  All I had was that Lemon oil.  So keeping in mind what she said, I rubbed lemon on her feet 3 times about 2-3 hours apart.  I didn't give her any other medicine.  The next day I was expecting a still very sick little girl but what I found was a symptom free and very busy four year old.  The stories are so much more amazing than that.  People are using these oils to reverse Diabetes, manage MS and actually have quality of life, eliminate ulcers, and handle stress.

I didn't have the money at the time but somehow I found a way (we always do when it's really important) to purchase the Family Physician kit.  It contains ten of the most essential oils for any family (or really any individual) It has Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Melaleuca, Oregano, Frankincense, Deep Blue, Breathe, Digest Zen, and On Guard.  I bought that in October and now well into December I am more than half way through each bottle.
My family has truly been blessed by Doterra's oils.  The last 2 months we've enjoyed being almost completely illness free.  Any bug that has crept in has been taken care of in a matter of 1-2 days instead of the previous 7 days with usually a recurring illness due to a compromised immune system.  That is saying something since I have four kids, 3 in school and I work with children.

I hope to dedicate this blog to my experiences with Doterra's CPTG oils and for others to share their experiences as well.  I want to share the gift of healing with everyone.  I want to empower individuals and parents.  There is so much illness and suffering around us; and with the healthcare system the way it is, I want people to have hope.  Doterra's CPTG essential oils are hope.

Until next time; in good health,

Liliya

Why blog about this?

If you knew me, you'd know how hilarious  it is that  I'm doing this Blog.

I hardly email, use my husbands facebook account and just recently got into texting.  I prefer paper lists and calenders to my ipods various organizational apps.  Why the sudden jump into modern technology?

I found something.

Something HUGE! That I felt propelled to share.  I can't stop talking about  it to whomever I'm with.  Although not everyone shares my excitement, I needed an outlet. A place where maybe like me-people were searching for answers, for help.

When you have the answers everyone else is looking for, or at least access to them, you have to do something; the universe compels you to do so.

So there's the why.  Now the What.

DoTerra Certified Pure Essential Oils.

Before you roll your eyes, its not a sales pitch.  I work 1 day a week in a fitness center's child care.  For 4 hours I work along side and run into ladies, mostly mother's who tell me about their lives; and what comes up over and over again?  Health, how we feel and most of us don't feel very well.  We suffer from over eating, lack of energy, allergies, constant colds, whole families with the flu, skin disorders, depression, stress, anxiety; and some are dealing with severe and life threatening illnesses.  That's just the moms.  The kids often suffer from the very same.

I had hit a point where the stress and anxiety in my life was starting to make me sick.  All in all I wasn't functioning very well and felt my family was suffering for it.  I was searching for answers.  One day I was working with Karen.  Interspersed in our conversations she mentioned Doterra's oils.  I am not new to oils, my mom used them growing up (we constantly teased her about being some kind of witch doctor).  When I was younger I wasn't super impressed with essential oil; frankly I thought they wreaked.  There was no way I was going to walking around smelling of musty oils.

As Karen talked about the oils I held onto my previous experiences.  Then, she appealed to my vanity.  She told me about Slim and Sassy.  This metabolic oil blend from Doterra that helped with weight loss and sugar levels (two things I felt I needed help with).  I had a problem; I was addicted to sugar (still working on that) hypoglycemic, and in need of losing a few vanity pounds that just wouldn't come off after my 4th child.  Slim and Sassy promised to help me with all of it.  So she brought a sample.  She put a drop or two into some water and for me it was instant love.  It smelled of peppermint and ginger.  It was strong but incredibly refreshing.  She let me take a bottle home and after 2 days of almost using all of hers,  I gave it back and bought a bottle.  The first thing I noticed was in the first day or two of using it I could tell a definite difference in my hypoglycemia.

I had to learn more.  Since this post is getting way to long...I hope I've peaked your interest to!

I've got to take my son to gymnastics!  Tell you more later!

In good health,

Liliya
